The Cognitive Connection's Burke and Catawba County locations offer substance abuse treatment for adults.

All treatment services begin with an assessment that determines the extent and severity of the problem.

Our regular outpatient treatment consists of 20 to 60 hours of cognitive-based substance abuse counseling and education.

We also provide an intensive outpatient treatment program for clients who have sought treatment before or need extensive support to stay sober. This program is administered by our most experienced counselors and is an excellent alternative to expensive hospitalization or residential treatment.

We also believe addiction is a family disease and we have counselors on staff to provide individual and family counseling.

The Cognitive Connection also provides DOT, DMV, DWI, and other drug assessments.
