Since 1995, Clay, Wilson & Associates has been a leader in providing training and technical assistance to criminal justice, employment, educational, and other human service agencies.

The Cognitive Connection's president and CEO, Kathy Clay, is regarded as a Master Trainer by the Canadian-based training and consulting firm T3 Associates which developed the highly regarded Reasoning & Rehabilitation cognitive skills training program for adults and the Reasoning & ReActing cognitive skills training program for adolescents.

We take great pride in teaching other counselors and agencies how to utilize the effective cognitive skills training model for their clients.
